Haha all of the above. I literally cut samples for this one and edited via pitch shift and occasional correction, using an old method I did for percussion

Thanks so much. This song is very personal, and I was feeling pretty raw today (the 13 y/o cat I adopted when this happened got diagnosed with kidney failure this morning), so your review brightened my day. I really appreciate it.

Music projects keep me looking up. I end up listening over and over, which helps to process negative emotions, including those about my studio situation and frustrations with vocal FX lol. If you like them, speaking of, I've been using Marie Ork to synthesize what I don't have the capability or the opportunity to record right now. She's a really cool and quirky sound bank and can do a lot, from clean tones to unholy demon noises. :P

Anyway, let me not write a book. Tldr, glad you enjoyed it, I got a couple other projects with the same vocalist, and hope you have a great day!
